Im 15 and started working out last year. I see a lot of people who have VERY LITTLE fat around their muscles, but I've read that if you diet to lose fat, you may also lose muscle mass/strength/tone...is that TRUE? And if so, how do I lose fat and still KEEP my muslce.??

Do resistance exercise. The best way to keep muscle is to show your body you need it. At your age, get into push up and pull ups. This will do the trick. Do 4 to 5 sets of each every day or at least 5 times a week. As you get older....start lifting weights...light at first....and gradually increase.

Depends on the diet. If you cut calories by too much your body will start breaking itself down for nourishment, thus loosing muscle. A good low fat, high protein diet with a portion of carbs will prevent this. Just eat a normal well-balanced diet and don't try to count calories.Make sure you continue to work out, "If you don't use it you loose it" is very true. Muscles that are not used regularly will shrink and atrophy. Good luck
