i think i have some sort of social phobia or i'm depressed or something, all i know is somethings wrong with me, but i'm too embarassed to go to the doctor or tell anyone about it. i'm not suicidal at all or anything, just sad. i really don't think i would be able to tell anyone about it, so what should i do?

I once new a man named everet.I thought he was my moms really good friend from back in highschool.But after his death I found out that my mom maried him.And he was my real father.

Now everyone says I look just like him.And things were just very wrong with him.And ever since i got told I have been having problems in school.At home.Every night I sit in my bed Crying my self to sleep.And just for some reason i feel all this hatetred toward my mom.And i just dont know what to do.Im seeing a counselour and it doesent help it just makes me even more up set.WHAT DO I DO?IM 13 YEARS OLD.AND I DONT WANT TO RUIN MY LIFE OVER THIS.

I have been trying to lose the at around my stomach, thighs, and bum area for a long time. After I graduated from High School, I worked at a cafeteria, and i gained weight, even on my face. I do tons of sit-ups and other exercises and stretches. I try to do them every morning, but nothing has happened. I know that I probably won't be able to lose my bum because... it is SUPER hard for a Latina to lose hers, and I am Latina. If anybody can let me know how to get rid of it, please let me know... i would highly appreciate it!!!

I need a work out plan that I can do at home that will allow me to lose weight. I know the most important thing is some form of cardio but I can't run outdoors and I don't have a treadmill. The main focus is to lose weight, so any suggestions?

Specifically, speaking off a young person in their twenties, with a family history of bipolar disorder and a personal history of periods of severe depression. They've described mania-like experiences such as persistant racing thoughts including nonsense phrases rapidly cycling through their head, aggitation, and restlessness. However, at the time they were also on an antidepressant and also likely aggitated by a depressant leaving their body, alcohol specifically.
Would such a 'manic' experience be grounds for a diagnosis of bipolar disorder?

Problem- Can't find any cottage cheese that has 0 cholesterol. Ditto for canned tuna or chicken in water--they all have cholesterol!
Any one out there knows of any of these 3 items with 0 cholesterol?

ON MONDAY 12,2007 I GOT BEAT UP IN SCHOOL AND THEY BROKE MY JAW IN 3 DIFFRENT PLACES.. I NEED TO BARROW MONEY SOMETHING + I CAN'T WORK FOR 2 MONTH AND I PROMISE TO PAY BACK ASAP NO JOKE PLEASE I CAN'T EVEN HIRE A LAWYER TO PROPOSE TO MY CASE PLEASE I NEED SOMEONE HELP. I was in an accident and hit my knee
and it wasnt that bad becasue ive hit my knee several times before badly. but this time when i would run my finger across it would tingle, and the pain lasted a lot longer then other times i hit my knee. There really isnt anymore pain but it still tingles when i run my finger across it

does anyone know what that is just wondering

I was at the dentisat a few days ago for a root canal. The dentist took some x_rays and came back to say that I have a Curved root I think. He sat and tried to get the pin thing in my tooth for a good 20 minutes. He took it out and said I can't get past this twisted root. He sent me to a specialist and now I'm Kind of wondering if since the first profesional couldn't do it then what says a different one can? Is a specialist a flook too? He cost about twice as much as the first guy and I was wondering if any dentists out there can Give there opinion.

I was wondering if there are any remidies to straighten it out. I dont need braces because the rest of my teeth are fine to me. But it is just that certain teeth that is brothering me. I dont have a huge dental insurance so the cheapest option would appeal to me. Please help me.
