It depends on the school. Any acticity is better then none though. You will become more well rounded for sure. From experience it really helped with balance and flexibilty. as far as cardio your not running or anything like that usually and for strength training, in a normal tkd class you wont get to much of that either

this is a very good question! 2 days a wk would eventually show dramatic results in your stamina, strength and body energy. its a good thing!
