I would say yes, if the wart is on the outside and is open wound, today anything is possible and I am not a doctor, but public restrooms are just nasty, and I would suggest that you do your best not to sit on the seats anymore without a toilet liner...!! And wash your hands completely with hot soapy water.

Last I checked the only part of my body that ever touches a toilet seat is my legs! maybe the back of my butt. I guess if you can contract it through toilet air maybe we should watch out. ;-)
