I have been trying to lose the at around my stomach, thighs, and bum area for a long time. After I graduated from High School, I worked at a cafeteria, and i gained weight, even on my face. I do tons of sit-ups and other exercises and stretches. I try to do them every morning, but nothing has happened. I know that I probably won't be able to lose my bum because... it is SUPER hard for a Latina to lose hers, and I am Latina. If anybody can let me know how to get rid of it, please let me know... i would highly appreciate it!!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

If i were you I would try to understand whether I am more sensitive to carbs or to fats, and then diminish the consumption of the thing I am sensitive the most.

That should help you lose weight.

Then, I would start running 40-60 minutes a day. That will help you burn fat.

At this point, I would start having 6 small meals spread all over the day, keeping in mind to introduce sources of lean proteins in my diet (fat free dairy, fish, shellfish) and drink at least 1/2 gallon a day.

Then, I would start lifting weights and drink protein shakes strategically.

If you don't do some cardio and diet I doubt sit-ups can help you reaching your goal.

The best way to lose weight over your entire body is a diet healthy in nutrition and some kind of cardio exercise. Currently, it sounds like you are "spot" training. That will help your muscles, but they are hidden under the fat. Decrease you caloric intake no less than 1200 calories and do an aerobic exercise at least 3-5 times a week under the advice of your physician. Be consistent and don't give up!

sit ups and exercises are great for toning, but don't do a substancial amount of weight loss. You'll need to add cardio, as well

There are lots of things to do; running, jogging, biking, stationary biking, etc. Basically anything that gets your heartrate up for a good amount of time. Out of all these, running will probably burn the fastest but it's the hardest to get into. The best thing to do is not just go out and "run" but walk/jog for 30 minutes. Keep doing that everyday and eventually you'll be doing more jogging than walking. After you can jog for 30 minutes, try jogging/running. Eventually you'll be able to run for 30! It takes quite a few weeks to be able to, but it gets easier andeasier as you go along. It also helps with diet because you'll feel like eating less junkfood and more healthy stuff when you're running.

Good luck!
