Hi Carmelo

Ridding of the mucus is a sign the body is ridding of the infection. using medicine or antibiotics will surpress the issue and the next one will be worse. I would eat or swallow one of the following to kill the virus and help rid of the mucus.

raw garlic
onion
peppers
or all of the above

The more you consume the faster the healing will occur. This remedy has never failed yet. Be sure to drink at least a gallon of water a day as well to rid of the toxins.

Best of health to you

First, get on antibiotics.

Next, GET A NETI POT!!! This is a little pot in which you put a cup of warm water with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of baking soda. Then, you lean over the sink. Tilt your head to the right and put the elongated part of the part in your left nostril and pour half the water in it. The water will pour out of the right nostril. Then, tilt your head to the left and pour the rest of water in your right nostril, letting the water come out of the left nostril.

If you have allergies, a problem with sinus infections or even feel a cold coming on, use this pot. If you use it every day, you will prevent sinus infections. You can get it on line or in a natural food store.

If I didn't know better, I would think this little pot was a gift from God.

GO TO THE DOCTOR.
He/she will probably give you some antibiotics. Also discuss with your doctor the possibility of getting some nasal steroid sprays. I take them and they really reduce the inflammation. Furthermore, get something called "Simply Saline" and flush your nasal passages with the saline solution - get the bottle that has the attachment that goes all the way up there. Try to avoid blowing your nose too hard, because it will just inflame your tissues even more. Finally, take some Sudafed, it will relieve some of your congestion. Good luck and hope you feel better!

I would go to the dr. and he will check you out and probably prescribe some antibiotics. They may always try a nasal spray or a decongestant. Don't let it go too much longer as they only tend to get worse. Good luck!

You need antibiotics. Go see a doctor. If you can't, try a hot cloth on your face.
