If you don't feel right it's a good time to go to the doctor. Don't wait until you don't care if you ever feel better again! This would be a good time.

Also, though, be sure you are getting adequate exercise.

Social phobia is commom and the world we live in is enough to make us all sad. Concentrate on the good news and the beauty in the world. But no one can help you if you are not able to tell them what you think is making you so sad. If it is easier to write to a stranger I'm at yahoo.com. I'm not a doctor but have lived long enough to see so many changes in this world. I've gained a lot of wisdom I think from raising 4 children, 3 stepchildren and being involved with the life of 5 grandsons ages now ranging 4 yrs-20 yrs. Good luck to you.

I think u are depressed of some reason.I had similar feelings when I was getting older after my graduation and was not getting married i started to avoid people because they always ask my mom or even my self that when I am getting married, being Muslim we can not have sex or any relationship before marriage.
I started to avoid people, cry easily n had difficulty concentrating my confidence was shaking but as soon i got married all become ok but now i realize that such type of personalities whow get so much depressed have potential to develope serious depressive illness later.find out the reason of disturbance.engage ur self in some activity,do exercise specially yoga.hopefully u can get through it.but also try some antianxiety some times when u feel too down or confused a long sleep some time help.take care

Yes. Go to the doctor. There are a lot of things that can cause you to feel this way and some are quite easy to remedy. Sometimes it's simply a vitamin deficiency but go find out for sure and get it taken care of. Vitamin B is often what's missing and it's easy to buy some or eat more food with B in it.

K... If your just sad then you'll get through it. If its winter where you live you might have SAD. Its a condition when you are out of sunlight for a prolonged period of time you become well sad. Don't be embarrassed to go to a doctor. They're there to help.

You should see a psychiatrist. They are trained to deal with problems such as this. Do not feel embarressed as it is thier job, and believe me that there are crazier people thanou. You will feel better if they can help you, which i am sure that they can. I also work in the health care field, please, p lease, please go get help as it may be detrimental to your mental health.
