Tr 1+, I was told my test result is within normal, blood pressure improve from average 71/45 to now 102/61, but lately, I had discomfort in my chest, tighten , crushing but bearable feeling, with a little dry cough at night, a mild dizziness and lighthead occasionally,I don't want to see my cardilolog too often, but I don't feel good, and have been coughing at night while I am lying down, any suggestion? May be I should take some herbs?

If I do push-ups, can I make my biceps and triceps stronger? What muscles does push-ups build? Arms muscles and pecs? I don't want to lift weights since I can't afford them and can't afford a gym.

Here's the story:

On Halloween night I took my kids out and while we were walking I sat down on the curb and got incredibly nauseated and dizzy and a stabbing pain on the right side of my head behind my eye. It was bad enough that I could not get up. They had to call the ambulance to come get me. At this time I was bleeding heavily (period). At the hospital, They diagnosed it a cluster headache and gave me Demerol and oxygen therapy. It got better. I since have not had such an attack but I have had headaches. I went online and researched CH and I don’t match most of the symptoms. It was more like a migraine but my doctor said I don’t get them. I think it had something to do with my heavy period. What are your thought on this? Just wondering if anyone had something simalar?

hey everyone! i am willing to lose waight! i am 12 and weigh somewhere between 110-115 somewhere there and i am 4"11! i wanna be about 90- 95 pounds or less! i run super fast i play volleyball basketball swim and do tennis! my sister says i should be in track so do all my friends! but i feel so fat! my mom wants to lose weight to so does my best friend! so what should we do! i mean i will eat good and walk and do anything! just please help me lose it and i will say it was all u! lol! please! tell me some ways! thanks! I have ear infections fairly commonly; when I was younger my doctor considered tubes in the ears. (Usually its an inner ear infection; or it was swimmers ear) Now I am older, and no longer on my parents insurance, and not really wanting to go to teh doctors every few weeks for an ear infection I simply cannot afford it. Is there some way to treat these at home?

Does anybody have any ideas on a a healthy alternative to a lunchmeat sandwhich for my hubby's lunch bucket. I put in a lot of fruits and veggies and stuff, but the sandwhich is the main thing which he eats to keep him from getting hungry. Any ideas on what else that I could give him in place of it. Also, he is trying to lose weight, but I am more trying to get his Cholesterol down. Thanks in advance.

I have had a kinda nagging pain in my right shoulder for about two weeks and a sharp pain in my right side after I eat. I have also been getting extreme indagestion after I eat and my stomach will swell up to the point I almost look pregnate. two weeks ago it felt like i just had the cold, because my nose kept running. but this week i keep coughing and whenever i do my chest hurts, and today during 6th period at school, my heart starts hurting. i had a fever yesterday, but it went away last night.but when i woke up this morning my eyes hurt like they kind of burn, and i felt dizzy. what could this be? i'm 13

I have a question. I am on protonix for acid reflux disease. I drank a lot of beer this weekend and I have the worst heartburn still from this weekend. I have been taking protonix since the weekend and it still wont get any better. The acid is burning in my throat. Is there anything else I can do?

My father is a heart patient who suffers from water-retention and has to take Lasix everyday to keep it under control. But when he goes on a water-fast (drinking only water, no food, no drinks other than water, no drugs or suppliments), his water retention problem (if it was bad the day before) gradually goes away sans Lasix. And he won't have any water-retention problem for the duration of his fast and a few days after. Can someone explain to me how this is possible??

I am fairly young (36) but have had a series of health issues. Whenever I go to the doctor they typically want to handle them one at a time and frankly I am growing tired of being poked and proded with little results. Here is the story

I'd appreciate serious answers (as I am sure there are smart alex out there with things to say).

1. At 36 I have prostate issues that cause me to wet my underwear fairly regularly. Not the best thing to happen when at work. Doctors and Urologists seem to be helpless here.

2. I wake up 2 - 5 times a night cause I either have to go pee or take care of my daughter. This leave me too tired to stand often.

3. I have headaches 4 times a week in the mornings again doctors aren't helping.

4. I am getting depressed, I think part of it has to do with health concerns and part of it from lack of sleep.

5. I have a stomach ulcer and indigestion.

I am frustrated with the medical system and don't know how to approach the problem anymore.

i just ate a hearty tuna sandwhich with an apple. but my doctor said it's bad to sleep right after i ate....i finished eating like 15 min.s ago. but i'm sleepy and have school tomorrow and it's almost 8.....is there something i could do to speed up the food so not much calories and can i do some crunches??

I have a lump near the top of my, forgive me, a-s crack. Its been there for a few days and it has been causing pain. Whenever i sit, lay on my back or bend over it will hurt. Why is it when i bench press, even light weights such as 35 pounders, I shake?
