Please, please do not do any crunches! It's only 8 o'clock. You can wait a little more time. Maybe just walk around the house aimlessly for a bit, listen to some music, play some solitaire.
Ideal is to only go to sleep 2 hours after a meal but since you're tired. Maybe one hour would do. Maybe this can be an exception though so go to bed already! : )

It really depends on the person, if you want a long lasting relationship jumping in the sack too early will definitely give the wrong impression. Me and my husband where on and off for 3 yrs before we even slept together. We have been married 5yrs so far. It also depends on the guy, the guy you choose is key. If he has no issue with waiting until you are comfortable, he is a keeper. Some guys come off as too sleazy, stay away from those, they don't want a relationship just a quick release. Definitely longer than just 4 dates, so if you go out every friday night, it will take longer than a month. It is difficult, because if you go longer he might wonder if you are even attracted to him sexually, or you might wonder why he hasn't made a move yet. These are all things to consider. I hope I haven't confused you more. Wait 1 month if not a little more.

I think he was either kidding you or is stuck in the days of old-wives tales. Your digestion goes on whenever there is food eaten. Sleeping or awake doesn't change that.
You and your tuna can go to sleep right now.

Just go to bed. You will be fine. If anything you MIGHT get a little heartburn. Don't exercise. Your doc is right, but it wont be horrible if you went to bed now. Try to lay on your left side because it helps with digestion and aids in heartburn.

My mother in law is a DON and she says you need to wait 3 hrs before bed. Try going 1 and a half hrs before going to bed.

Just go to bed. It might affect you slightly...but not a big deal. Don't worry about it.
