i'm 15, i have a pretty healthy diet and i'm 5'10'', and i'm wondering how to get abs, i dont need to lose any weight, but i want to gain muscle. i've been doing 700 crunches a day for nearly 20 days, and i'm starting to notice small changes, like if i flex those muscles, i get a 2 pack haha, i know not much, but still haha. i'm just wondering if there's anything i can do better, or anything different. also, is the work i'm doing ok? i usually eat all my fruits and most protein, if that helps. i also weigh 140, which is in the regular BMI, i think. any help would be much appreciated. thank you
