I put some songs from the movie "Rocky 4" on there...some names are

"Burning Hearts" - Survivor
"Hearts on Fire" - John Cafferty
"War" - Vince DiCola
"Training Montage" - Vince DiCola
"Going the Distance" - Bill Conti

Of course, you might have to have seen the movie in order to have the full effect/emotion of the songs, but these really jack me up and keep me goin hard.

if you want to work out like a monster try Rage Against the machine (bulls on parade) , Stemm (face the pain) Korn (here to stay) Nelly (boom) Saliva (ladies and gentlemen) Marilyn Manson (tourinquet) if you like to run and listen then Black eyed peas (lets get it started) Akon (smack that) Gym Class Heros (cupids chokehold) Blink 182 (all the small things) you need a playlist mikeybear32@yahoo
