i recently had a bad case of the flu and now when i out i am afraid i am going to be sick that i make my self sick. i just want to know if there are any cds or books that might help me get over this. or is there a better option?

Carry a bag in your pocket or purse to make you ease the feeling by having something right there if you need it. If the feeling comes take the bag out and go in a isolated area. Therefore you always have something just in case and it will make you feel better.

Yea, thats what happen to me once, except it was food poisoning at P-mall TEASHOP168 upstairs... I had fear of noodles and meat... Just stay away from them and every time when u feel vomit eat candy or chew gum...
after that 168 experience i couldnt eat fishball or even rice for 2 months =[... cuz i kept pukeing from the taste... bright side... loose weight xD

Having to throw up in public isn't nearly as bad as having really bad diarrhea and there's no toilet around. You can throw up anywhere, and relatively discreetly, too. It's no big deal when you consider the alternative.
