my friend wants to know how do u loose all of the fat undre ur arms whenever she lifts her arms all her fat hangs out how does she get rid of it

Running will make you lose wight everywhere. 3000 calories is a pound. Push ups, are good. But boring. You can go to a community center and swim on your own. That is a little funner and is good all around. Do laps, you would be surprised how tired you will get. The wider your push ups are, ( distance between your hands) the more it works the chest. If you do them closer, your triceps will be targeted more. Also, drink alot of water. That helps flush alot of bad stuff out. It can be done, but you have to work for it.

Only overall weight loss will get rid of excess fat, regardless of where it shows up on the body.
