I'm naturally thin. I can't put on weight no matter what I eat. I want to exercise more to get fit, but I'm afraid of loosing more weight. Will I get more thin if I run a lot? How can I run more and not get thin?

Of course it is! Everyone needs to exercise no matter how thin they are. Actually, you might gain weight because you'll gain muscle mass.
