I tried getting my room changed to the quiet floor because I couldn't stand the noise. But they denied my request. I just seem to always be agiated and do know how to relax, especially at night when they won't shut up.

I have been exercising in the gym about 4 times per week which includes strength training and cardio each time I go. I spend at least 30 minutes on the eliptical trainer. i also try to keep my diet low in calories and fat but high in whole grain and low fat dairy and lean meat.

I notice my muscles being more toned but I dont see a lot of difference in the amount of fat I have. I have been exercising for about 2 months now regularly. How long will it take for me to see more effects of my new routine?

(I am a 25 year old, healthy weight woman)

Early this mornign I woke up soaked in pee. I am 22 years old and I wetted the bed! I don't know if its because I was so physically tired because I work two jobs and go to school full time and I was just so exhausted I couldnt wake up, or Ive heard that sometimes you may have a UTI..I have never had one before so I have no idea. But I also remember having a dream and I was going to the bathroom in my dream and I remember saying to myself make sure your up before you go..and I thougth it was 100% up and awake going. I don't know if there is something wrong with me or my bladder or if I have a UTI what should I do?

I just started a new job that is 12 hour shifts at night. I like the job and it has great pay and good benefits. It is just kicking my butt at first. It has alot of repetition and standing, bending, lifting, warehouse work. I am off for two days now. I need to make this work guys. I am a 39 year old mother of 5. I am not that athletic an average minnesota girl. Do not tell me to take up jogging, its too cold outside for that here. Please tell me how to build up my body in my own home (quick picker uppers)so I can go back to work and continue to do a good job. i am in soooo much pain. Thank you

He brushes his teeth constantly, He flosses, he uses a pic to clean out his hole in his tooth, His gums also bleed when he brushes. But he really takes good care of his teeth and mouth. So what can it be?

I've noticed in the past couple of months my hair has been falling out more than normal, with the white bulb attached. I went to the doctor and he did blood tests and my thyroid was fine, no diabetes, I did show a bit of a low iron level though so he prescribed me iron pills.

I also went to the dermatologist and he didn't seem that concerned either, asked the usual questions about stress (I'm as stressed as the next person, diet (mine's not great, but it's not terrible either), etc. He told me I need to take more blood tests and I still need to do those (I think they're for ANA, whatever that is, testosterone and what looks to be DHT? Handwriting is of course sloppy)

I've been taking multivitamins and biotin and drinking protein shakes and I THINK the hair loss has slowed slightly, but I still see hairs in my hairbrush with the root attached, and the hair on the top of my head is noticeable thinner, at least to me. How much more am I going to lose??? I'm freaking out

Do those body fat scales for your home really work? Are they accurate? Are they the best way to keep a record of fat loss?

I have been doing regular exercise and eating a healthy diet and it is hard for me to keep track of my progress. My weight has gone up slightly but I assume that is muscle weight. How can I keep track?

so i fell about a month an a half ago and tore a ligament in my hand and had to have it repaired. Right now i have a cast on with 2 pins keeping it together. I play guitar and drums and have been doing so since the surgery. As of about the last week or 2 my hand has been in SO much pain but not enough to like cry or anything. Kind of like a pressure pain. so i want to know if you may think something is wrong? could a pin have slipped ? could i be stressing something to much ? im really scared to get my cast off cause i think my hand will be worse off.

I already know the symptoms..I guess what I am really looking for is a personal experience or something that I can relate to. The symptoms are often vague and unsupported by a detailed analysis.

I am a teenager.

My boyfriend is trying to lose a little weight by running, but he thinks he should run fast the whole time, which tires you out faster. I think he should run at a paced speed and every 5 or so minutes slow his speed down a little then go back up. He needs to pace himself so he can go longer but he thinks going all out is the best. What should he do?

Ever since i was 19 i noticed skipping periods, of 2 to 3 months, and when i had my second chid at age 24, i started skipping even longer, sometimes 6 to 9 months, and it got to the point that i lost my period completely, till now i dont have one.Only once in a blue moon I'll get this stinky discharge, really foul odor, that comes to me when i break out~as if that is my period. IT doesnt happen often though. Through the years ive gained more and more weight, and eventhough i eat less now, I cant seem to get my weight under control. I keep gaining and gaining and it's frightning. I've always had a clear complexion, but my face has for the past 3 yrs started breaking out really bad. I must mention i dont have sexual intercourse, and havent had it for about 3 yrs now. and even then, it was rare. I love sex, but i just havent had a partner since. I dont date much. Please help me!!! Tell me what is going on with my body???? i'm 35 now.
