im trying to get a flat stomach so i will be able to get my belly button pierced and i dont want it to look ridiculous

Do the yogic exercise Nauli kriya everyday morning before breakfast and after stools because the exercise requires your stomach and intestines empty. Do this very sincerely for 1 month and 100% you will get a flat stomach.

SIT UPS!!! to the max. try lying on a bed or table having the top half of your body off the bed. (make sure your feet are held down by someone or something so you dont fall on your head) and do your sit ups this way. you wont be able to do as many as normal ones but you can feel the muscles working more and will get flat quickly.
