Any water that may have gotten inhaled is long gone by now. He may have the feeling that its there but its more likely just a "sensation".Its also harmless and can't hurt you in anyway,people use a saline (saltwater) nose sprays everyday. Relax,its not a big deal.Take care. SW RNP

tell him to get to the drug store and get something like a nasal spray and spray it up there. It's not stuck. It's just in his mind. He's either already swallowed it or can still smell the taste of it. Blow out your nose after the spray in or blow it in.

It can not get stuck in his nose. It can only come out or go down his throat. A little saline nasal spray will rinse it out.
