xanax is addictive it hard to get off of and it only works on anxiety not really on depression 0.25 is the lowest dose
.5 is like taking 2 of the 0.25 hope this helps

Most people don't experience any side effects from Xanax, unless you count the dependency risk. If you're only using it as needed, it will be virtually impossible to get addicted at a low dose like that. Be careful if you're using it every day though.

Some people have side effects like memory problems and drowsiness, but usually on higher doses. You probably wont have any problems.

Xanax cools you down, makes the anxiety and panic go away. To high of a dose and it'll knock you out and you'll sleep like a rock for quite a while.

xanax is a benzodiazepine(alprazolam)used for panic disorder,these are therapeutic doses,if given under medical supervision .
one should be careful about the potential dependence of it.
