Ever since i was 19 i noticed skipping periods, of 2 to 3 months, and when i had my second chid at age 24, i started skipping even longer, sometimes 6 to 9 months, and it got to the point that i lost my period completely, till now i dont have one.Only once in a blue moon I'll get this stinky discharge, really foul odor, that comes to me when i break out~as if that is my period. IT doesnt happen often though. Through the years ive gained more and more weight, and eventhough i eat less now, I cant seem to get my weight under control. I keep gaining and gaining and it's frightning. I've always had a clear complexion, but my face has for the past 3 yrs started breaking out really bad. I must mention i dont have sexual intercourse, and havent had it for about 3 yrs now. and even then, it was rare. I love sex, but i just havent had a partner since. I dont date much. Please help me!!! Tell me what is going on with my body???? i'm 35 now.

It sounds like you could have PCOS- Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome. The symptoms you describe are pretty classic: weight gain, irregular period, skin problems. Have you noticed an increase in body hair, especially facial hair? That would increase my suspicions more.

Go to a GYN and tell them what you have going on. If it is PCOS, the weight gain is due to an insulin problem in your body caused by hormone imbalance. You might want to have your Thyroid checked as well, as that might be off, too. They commonly run hand in hand.

Obesity is a major problem with your cycles and fertility. It is time to get your weight under control. There are only two ways to lose weight diet and exercise. Meet with your doctor to set up a plan. They need to give you a complete physical to rule out any medical conditions that may be causing your weight gain. Eating less will not make you lose weight, eating right will. Also, the breakouts may be caused by hormones. Your horomones are completely out of wack if you are eating a lot of sugar and then crashing afterwards. It is a cycle of destruction. You need to get a lot of help. Also, consider meeting with a therapist many people with eating disorders have some mental issues they need to work through to maintain a normal life. Look for a weight management center that will meet you dietary, emotional, medical, and physical needs. You are going to have to face this head on to make progress.

You need to go see your doc ASAP. Have you ever asked your doc about this before? Sometimes a hormone imbalance can cause you to lose your period, and if you gain or lose a lot of weight it can really mess up your cycle.

You might have an endocrine disorder called Cushing's syndrome. It's very hard to diagnose, but you have a lot of the symptoms. Type it into your search engine. There's a lot of helpful information.

Sounds like you have a hormone problem or a thyroid problem. Go see your woman doctor to get a check up. You sound uncomfortable so don't let these symptoms go on.

You do need to go to the doctor. I would say it could be your thyroid or fibrocystic ovarian syndrome. It will be easy for them to diagnose either one. Good luck!!!!
