I can give you an amazing rub for muscle pains and body aches.
It's also good for arthritis.
***Miracle Herbal Rub
You may think it a hoax to call this stuff a "Miracle" but my uncle got so much relief from rubbing it on his arthritic hands, that he had his wife buy 1 pound each of the ingredients so they could make their own. He used it several times a day for the first few days and now he says he only uses it occasionally. I have been using this on my grandmother's sore back and shoulders. I used it on a knee that was bothering me (not arthritis) and the pain was gone almost immediately. I add olive oil to it and massage it into my husband's back when he has muscle strain.
*It comes in a bag premixed, or you can buy your own herbs. Ingredients: 1/2 cup Arnica flowers, 1/2 up St. John’s Wort, 1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
Simply put these herbs into a container and pour in 16 ounces of Wintergreen alcohol. Store for two weeks-shaking vigorously every day. After the 2 weeks is over, strain out the herbs and bottle the solution. That's it! Rub when needed.

The prices at this website are very reasonable. It comes in 1/2 pound and 1 pound bags. I think my 1/2 pound bag made about 3 of the 16 ounce bottles of solution (I could be off, though).

I would suggest you see a doctor and undergo a physical exam. Given the severity of your headaches, you might warrant a head CT or brain MRI. If your headaches are so severe that you'd go to the ER, then you definitely warrant at least a head CT. That's what they would do for you in the ER, anyway. That would rule out obvious big, bad causes of your symptoms with respect to your head. Also, not all bad headaches are migraine headaches, not all of them respond to the same treatments, and even migraines won't necessarily respond to treatment. You might be having cluster, tension, or sinus headaches, for example. A lot of ignorant physicians will lump bad headaches under "migraines" inappropriately. There are many more types of headaches. Without knowing the rest of your medical history and any medications you may be on, it's impossible to diagnose you accurately over the internet. Things that can cause muscle pains include medications, and you may be on something that causes myalgias (muscle pain). As far as fatigue, the causes are innumerable and range from psychological to physical causes. Depending on the physician you see, you will receive varying responses with respect to syndromes like IBS and fibromyalgia. Some people believe these syndromes are merely manifestations of other problems--often psychological (e.g. depression, stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, etc.)--rather than problems in and of themselves. Your symptoms are, unfortunately, vague and could be caused by any number of things. While you're 27 and it would be unlikely for you to have a definite, identifiable cause for your symptoms in your head, it is not impossible. If it's causing you enough distress to go to the ER, you need a head CT. Odds are, it will be normal, but it's worth ruling out big, bad things if it's causing you so much distress. Plus, it can diagnose other things that might be causing your symptoms.

Sounds like yoga would be right up your alley. Try maybe renting some beginner yoga dvd's and see how it feels. With the stretches, poses and other exercises it would go a long way.
Also, for achy muscles a really hot bath or shower often helps me.
I hear you about the long hours, and along with being a mom of five I imagine it can be brutal! Hopefully you can find something that works for you.

Try some simple stretches. You probably learned some in gym class years ago.
here's a good yoga stretch for the back.
Go on you hands and knees, pull you chin to your chest and push you back up, imagine pushing your belly button to the cieling. next breathe in and slowly pull your head up and look at the sky, arch you back down. Hold for a few seconds and exhale as you go back to the start position. Do this a few times then alternate betwwen looking at you right and left hip while you go up fo a few times.
hope that helped!

There is an old Indian remedy used in South Africa. Very simple, just place a cup of rough salt in your bath and fill with warm water. Then soak in it.
