i go to the gym a lot but i cant seem to make my stomach go away...ever since i worked at an office, i feel that my stomach expanded because after lunch i'll just end up back at my desk and sitting...what should i do??

Also, my arms are really big.for an average girl that is..im scared to mess with the weights at the gym because i definitely do not want my arms to look muscular..i just want the fat to go away! i want it to look like normal arms!! how???

well if you're going to the gym make sure you're doing the right kinds of exercise. for example if you want to flatten your stomach then you have to be careful to abdominal exercises like crunches and sit ups. doing them improperly can actually squish your ab muscles when what you want to do is stretch them. and when you lift for your arms make sure you're not lifting a large amount. lift a very light amount with lots of repititions. when you lift a lot of weight your muscles tear and rebuild. which is good if you want big muscles, but you want to slim down. so less weight more reps.

You can't control wear you loose weight. Your body stores fat and drops it where it wants to based on genetics. But you choose where you build muscles. While you're sitting at your desk do some exercises that strenghten your core (stomach area). You can sit at your sit with you legs together and extended and do some desk-leg lifts. Keep your tummy tight and work on it while you lift. You can also tighten your abs for 10 second and relax them.

make sure you stretch yourself out especially the ab area. and a good cardio/fat burn workout is alway good if you have some time to hit a tredmill or stationary bike

I don't know much about the stomach, but as far as your arms go...resistance bands are great. There is no weight so you don't get bulky and muscular. I really reccomend going to wal-mart or anywhere and buying a resistance band. The one you'll want will have handles on it and should be about four feet long (minus the handles). These are great for women because they just tighten and tone your muscles, getting rid of the fat.

As a girl, you won't get huge and buff unless you eat like a bodybuilder. LIfting weights will build LEAN muscle and help you to burn fat. So, lift weights, do cardio, and eat light, healthy meals.
