Hi DangIt
Here are some ideas on how to heal the issue.
Cause
Herpes is caused by one of more than 70 infectious herpes viruses. Outbreaks caused by herpes are most often triggered by physical or emotional stress that suppresses immune function. Nutritional deficiencies can also increase the risk of contracting herpes.
Quick Action Plan for Herpes
1. Emphasize fresh, organic foods, with plenty of non citrus fruits and vegetables, complex carbohydrates, free-range, organic meats and poultry, wild-caught fish, and an abundance of pure filtered water.
2. Avoid all commercial, processed, and nonorganic food, as well as alcohol, coffee, sugars, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, food dyes, milk and dairy products, and wheat and wheat products.
3. Avoid all arginine-rich foods, including all nuts, sunflower and sesame seeds, coconut, chocolate, wheat and wheat byproducts, soy, lentils, oats, corn, rice, barley, tomatoes, and squash.
4. Be screened for food allergies.
5. Supplement with vitamin A, B-complex, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin C, zinc, adrenal glandular extract, quercitin, and the amino acid lysine.
6. Drink plenty of organic, fresh-squeezed carrot, celery and beet juice.
7. Apply salves of aloe vera gel or calendula cream.
Hot baths if you can tolerate them, followed with a short cold bath or sitz bath. Do this daily.
8. A useful herbal remedy for herpes is to combine tinctures of Echinacea, goldenseal, nettle and Siberian ginseng in equal measures. Take half a teaspoon three times a day to boost immune function.
9 Take precautions when you are in an outbreak to avoid spreading the virus to others.
To ensure you are following the most effective treatment plan, work with a qualified holistic health professional.
Prevention Guidelines
As with all sexually transmitted diseases, the most effective response to chlamydia is prevention. To avoid herpes, do the following:
Be careful about choosing a sex partner and find out about his or her health and sexual history before engaging in a sexual relationship. Have sex only if the person has no apparent signs of infection and is willing to assure your protection during sexual intimacy. Be prepared to talk and inquire about past experiences. Be direct and persistent. Make conversations about health a natural part of the sexual relationship.
Limit the number of people you have sex with. The risk of contracting an STD rises exponentially in direct relation to how many sexual partners you have.
Avoid sex altogether if your partner exhibits open lesions or swelling on his or her body.
Always practice safe sex. Men should always use a latex condom, especially when engaging in sex with someone new. As an alternative, women can consider the use of a latex female condom. When engaging in oral sex, use a latex dental dam. Long-term, monogamous sexual partners should also use some form of protective contraceptive unless planning a pregnancy.
Avoid swallowing semen, as it acts as an immune suppressant and thus can increase the risk of STDs caused by infectious microorgamisms.
Avoid anal sex, especially without protection.
Urinate after you have sexual intercourse in order to help clean the urethra and prevent infection. This applies to both men and women.
Have an annual checkup to be screened for STDs that you may not know you have.
If you know that you have a sexually transmitted disease, be responsible. Inform your partner and insist that he or she be examined and treated as well. Follow the treatment regimen that your physician prescribes as completely as possible, and always use protection whenever you engage in sex.
Best of health to you

I got clinically diagnosed with herpes (type 2) about 3 years back, when I was still in college and had a foolish one-night stand. I realize lots of young women say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date guys again. In the end, who wants to go out with a girl who has sores round her private parts? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/oncjz everything changed.
Not only was I able to eradicate all remnants of the herpes virus from my body in less than 21 days, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so lucky to write that just a week ago, in front of everyone in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!!! This system provided me the chance to be happy and experience true love again. Now I hope that I can help others too by sharing this story.

The only way to know for sure that the sores are herpes is to get them checked out at a clinic. There is no cure for herpes but there are medicines that can help prevent the sores from coming back as often. Just go to the doctor ASAP

Oh my Gosh..Thank God it wasen't worse!!
Guess that's the last time you date from the 'net huh??
Best thing you can do is educate yourself on the diasese. Wish I had more advice for you, my dear....I don't think there's too much more you can do right now. Just take care of yourself everytime you get an outburst (not sure of what they call it everytime it pops up again)
I've never had an STD so I can't help you much other than that.
Just be smart and safe on the internet. It could have been MUCH worse. It could have been that you weren't here to even have an STD to ask about.
Good luck!

What, you didnt watch the Valtrex commercial, They still doin it.
Life is not over. Just changed. Stress plays a large role in outbreaks so try not to get stressed. See a counselor if you feel you need to talk. or call a STD hotline to talk to someone on the phone. They can give you info and stuff to really help you understand what you are dealing with. Millions have it.

You guys....stop telling him to see a doctor. Valtrex is a prescription....he has obviously been to the doctor already!!!
Anyway....play it safe. Always try to be careful. Remember to avoid sexual contact during outbreaks because you are more likely to spread it. Always wash your hands after going to the bathroom! Especially if you have little children....you can seriously spread it to them. And remember to always tell your partner about it....you don't want to be a bad as the person who gave it to you do you?

First off, let me dis spell any misinformation that has appeared here.
Wear a condom if you like, but it will not prevent spreading this disease which resides it the skin of your entire genital area not just one part. This includes the scrotum and the outer portions of the vagina, niether of which are protected by a condom. Nor will wearing a condom prevent you from getting another disease.
Herpes is interesting in that over 80 % of Americans have one form or another of it, this it has in common with HPV, the virus that causes genital warts, cervical cancer and prostate cancer (that last one the AMA hasn't admitted yet)

Now you wear a freaking condom every time you have sex, if you would have done that in the first place you wouldn't have herpes

I'm sorry to hear that. You just have to take care of yourself and follow your doctor's instructions. You may get lucky and have few or no outbreaks in your lifetime. Just be sure to use a condom every time you have sex from now on, be selective about your partners, and make sure you tell a potential partner that you have the virus. Other than that. there's no reason why your life should change at all.
