like every time i drum,play guitar, or get really mad my veins pop out on my hand and arms but they don't stay out they go away in like a hour.how do i get them to stay and never go down? and if this helps any i am 5'11 and 135 pounds

Anything you did would only have horrible repercussions for your circulation, and possibly your heart. It sounds like a really bad idea. You need those veins to work like they're supposed to if you're going to keep drumming and playing the guitar.

When your body warms up or is under pressure the veins expand so more blood gets through your body easier in your time of need. There is no way to make them this way all the time unless you are overheated all the time...Just be glad your body is working well in the circulation department...My sister used to have a huge one pop out on her neck when she was yelling...We used to laugh about it...it was hilarious...

You actually WANT them to stay like that? Wow, that's a first lol.

You can't ... they will always go down. When you are active and moving around alot, your hear is pumping faster so there is more blood, so that's why your veins get like that. They will always go back down when your body has cooled down.

your blood pressure increases and the veins enlarge to acomidate the larger amount off blood flow. You sholdn'nt be worried.

wow ur skinny...i don't know anything about stopping your veins from popping out, though. sorry! but you could ask your doctor.

it's caused by heat and then they suck back in after you cool down
