This morning I had to help with other people this man who was suffering a Epilepsy Fit.
I have done first aid before but my certificate ran out sometime ago.
This man was eating a Big Mac when the convulsions started.
All the usual happened and it was dealt with.
But after a minute his bottom lip was dark blue so tried to clear his airway but could not open his mouth.
The contents of his mouth started to come out.
How do I clear his mouth if I cannot open it?
Any help appreciated. Thank you

With hearing about the various benefits of yoga (reduced stress, increased flexibility, better breathing, etc.), I'm considering registering for an introductory class to test the waters.

Have you tried yoga? What could I expect? What does one need for classes? What could I expect to pay for an introduction? How long would/should classes last (both class-time and days/weeks required ...)? How does one check out the credibility of a yoga center? Would you recommend yoga or not? Is yoga for real or are all those claims pure hogwash?

I'm trying to figure out which one is healthier and better for you. I've been researching over the internet and they both seem risky. Your opinions will help me decide which one will be better for me and my family. Thanks!

My mum went on the no carbs diet and lost heaps of weight.

I have recently had huge lifestyle changes and have gone up a dress size.
This has really confused me because althought the lifestyle changes, I haven't suddenly started eating unhealthily, but I do eat a lot more carbs. Infact, I had thought that I was eating healthier. Less chocolate, no alcohol I could go on.

I do eat lots of bread and pasta and such like.

Someone help me understand please.

Remember it was an African playing golf , when he lifted his arm to smack the gholf-ball the squirrell sitting above his head feel down and fainted from the smell coming from the african's underarm. Why is that not classed as being racist. Just a question, just want to know if you really know what being racist means.:))

I have 3 chihuahua's and as normal they do the coughing and gagging due to their age and the common trachael problems chihuaha's get.
However, last week we adoped a dog from the pound. The dog came with his paperwork and has had all of his shots, he was well taken care of. Now my chihuahuas have a different kind of cough, sounds dry, but yet their nose is running and they are sneezing. I was reading on the net that this does not necessarily have to be kennel cough, since the new dog introduced to the house was vacinated. It could be because of the amount of animals and the fact that the chihuahuas do not go out that often. They do not act sick , have an appetite, play , not feverish. I order some drops from petmeds.com that says it treats confined animals. Is there anything else I can do like run a vaporizer? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. ( My chihuaha's do not have bordella drops when they get thier anual shots, as I almost lost one due to a allergy to it)

I have strep throat and the doc knew that I had a cough/mucus in in my throat and such. But he still just gave me the stuff to treat the strep, I'm guessing it's going to go away once the strep is gone? I find myself clearing my throat/blowing nose constantly. My parents gave me Dayquil, but it doesn't dry me up.

Any suggestions?
