Sounds like you're off form. You probably should go and get a check up.

If you are sports inclined, then you are not lazy...
I am allergic to gluten, and because of having to watch everything I eat, I sometimes do not get enough nutrients and feel lethargic...However, I do not get out of breath...is it possible its asthma related?
In addition, its possible you have mononucleosis, which is also known as mono, and basically makes you very tired. It causes a sore throat and an inflammed spleen. However, I do not know if it effects your breathing.
I would see a doctor to check what is going on. It sounds like you are eating right and exercising enough, so its best just to make sure something else isn't going on.

You sound worn out. If you've got coeliac disease, it may have put a strain on your body. Your body can only take so much, you may need a pick me up, multi vitamins, or even ginseng. I know it sounds weird, but is your pillow too hard??? That can have a big impact on your mornings. If it is, then it can affect your sleep, you may sleep okay, but suffer when you wake up, a little like sleeping in a draft. Actimel or Yakult yogurts in the morning help boost your energy for the rest of the day. xxx

The fact that you can still play a game of squash is a good sign, but if you are getting breathless more easily and don't know why it's worth getting checked out. Your GP will no doubt examine you to check for signs of whatever may be causing you to be more breathless. They may also do some blood tests, to see if you have something like anaemia. Daytime tiredness can be a sign of sleep disorders, such as excessive snoring, but could also be a sign of anaemia. It may be that you just have a virus or something, but it's worth getting yourself checked out, and the sooner the better, even if it's just to put your worries to rest.
I hope you're feeling better soon!

You sound unwell. Time to go see the doctor. If you wish you had the energy and don't, that's not laziness. That's being sick or at the very least your sleep is not cycling in a way that's restorative. Either way, a doctor should be able to help.

Hmmm ask your Doctor for a Thyroid function test...more common in women but men do also get it. Its causes general tiredness, and mine causes me to get out of breath. I Dont know if thyroid function and Coeliacs disease is linked but my Doctor tested me for it after I was diagnosed with low active thyroid function(thankfully dont have it) but wondered if theres a link between the two? Its worth a try asking for a thyroid test...

There are many causes for lethargy. I suggest you see a Doctor, you don't sound lazy to me, it may be depression, or it could be a glandular problem, go and get your self checked out.
