Palmer's Scar Serum. You can find it at most large drug stores and on line (like http://www.walgreens.com ). It'll probably run you less than $15.

Neosporin makes a product called Scar Solution.
These are Silicone Scar Sheets that work well on keloids and hypertrophic scars, which are distinguished by a raised and
discolored appearance.

Silicone Scar Sheets work by mimicking the natural barrier function of natural skin.......improving the appearance of scars both old and new.

These significantly improve the appearance existing scars and helps prevent the formation of scars on newly healed wounds.
You can pick up a 12 week supply for around $25.00 and that should do the trick.

If the wound is still healing you can put vitamin E oil on it and this will sometimes keep scars from forming.

I have just had good luck with the above products although they are not the only option.

There are other Silicone Scar Sheets made by other companies
you can find in drug stores that work well.

If they are only acne scars you can try lemon juice, this may help
if the scars are not deep or discolored.
