My teeth are not false, so they cannot be taken out, they are firmly stuck in my mouth!

The Herbal Body Book (A Natural Approach To Healthier Hair, Skin, and Nail) by Stephanie Tourles says that....

"strawberries have a slightly bleaching effect and help to rid the teeth of tea, coffee, and cigarette stains. A strawberry is much safer to use than lemon juice, which is too acidic."

Her recipe for Strawberry Brightener
Mash 1 medium-sized ripe strawberry. Dip your brush into the liquid and brush normally.

From the Answerer:
I must warn you that the seeds get stuck in your toothbrush, so you may want to have a separate brush just for the strawberry treatment. You would want to do this after regular brushing with toothpaste, of course. You can use thawed out berries that have been frozen, but make sure they do not have sugar in them. This is a tasty way to treat your teeth!

***This book has great recipes for natural facial steams, scrubs, toners, moisturizers, cleansers, masks, shampoos, etc. I got mine from Amazon for less than $4!!!

The worst thing you could do is use an abrasive toothpaste regularly, it can wear away the enamel and start to show the dentin underneath, which is naturally dark yellow in colour, and softer than enamel so could cause damage, once in a while is ok provided you use a circular motion and dont brush side to side, an electric toothbrush is the most effectfive motion and least damaging. There are products in boots etc which have a similar constitution to the bleaching ones in the dentist, and have been found to be quite effective, but not as strong so a longer application period is often needed, most are quite safe, although can cause a temporary sensitivity on the gums.Avoiding things that would stain your teeth, like red wine, tea, coffee and acidic things like friut juice can soften the enamel and absorb other stains, have a good scale and polish at the dentist.

By far the easiest way is to make them appear whiter is by using a darker lipstick. That will give more contrast and give the appearance of whiter teeth.

just brush your teeth.. use baking soda and whitening toothpaste because it will not just whiten on it's own if you didn't put a whitening agent like toothpaste. it's like your dreaming of winning the lottery but you didn't buy a ticket... get the concept?

>use solutions that is not-so-abrassive like baking soda, whitening toothpaste, hydrogen peroxide...
