so i think i have an eating disorder.
if i get a chance and am alone, i will throw up my food.
or chew and spit.
but when i'm with people i forget about it and eat normally and don't throw up anything.
i've been doing this for a couple of months now and my weight goes up and down like crazy.

Last year I started running everyday and added weight lifting eventually. But I noticed that my legs got bigger and bigger. So I did more cardio than weights (running)... The whole workout routine I had pissed me off. So I started ballet classes 8 months ago, I noticed I got leaner (which was what I was looking for) but a week ago I noticed the same problem is back again... my legs are getting thicker and my pants are barely fitting! I've been on a strict diet (shop at whole foods) I don't know what I'm doing?! I don't eat any bread fast foods, sugars. Purely salads, vegies, fruits and dark choco. I just want to be lean and have some muscle tone. Not a girl with huge thighs. My boyfriend says I just have an athletic built body and that's how my body reacts and there's nothing I can do about it. I have played sports my whole life. Whats going on in my body?!?!?!! HELP

The roof of my mouth, is sore, as if it were burned, and it's a whitish around the edges and back of the teeth. It's not something i can scrape or brush off and it just showed up, at least to my knowledge, this morning. If anyone has had this or knows much about oral health, please respond and let me know what it may be.

Is it ok to take a fiber vitamin, B6 vitamin, B12 vitamin, a calcium+vit D vitamin all together with a complete vitamin which has all these in it but in a smaller dose.....?

I am 28 years old and I have chronic sinus infections and I breakout often. When I was a teenager I never had breakouts - my skin was pretty darn good. I am wondering if I could have a food allergy and how I find this out. I know some people are allergic to dairy and some wheat, but how do you know. My doctor doesn't really care and just gives me antihistamines and antibiotics. I know seeing an allergist is a possibility, but do they test you for food allergies or just like pollen and dust? Is there anything I can do like send a blood sample somewhere?

i work out sooo hard like ima 30 pounda overweight, and most of it is in my abs down. i go to 24 hrs gym and work out so hard that my legs feel like there going to just collapse. but i don't see any improvement i need to really lose wieght in my thighs but id like to chang my calves and gluttious maximus too but there not that bad as my thighs i totally need help.

For a couple of days, I have have been getting this sparatic "burning" sensation in the arch of my right foot. No injury or rash. It's not exactly painful, a little uncomfortable, odd-feeling more than anything else. It feels as if I have stepped in something warm. It's getting more and more frequent and "hotter". Any ideas?

I was just wondering.Apparently I have been through a traumatic experience and its affected me.I have depression yet I have been checked out by doctors that tell me most everything I feel is from focusing on myself to much.I need to find another source of focus to free myself from anxiety.I try ,everyday I try and it works for the most part but I seem to slip right back into focusing on the things that I feel looking into myself.I just wondered any of you that have lapsed into this and have succeeded at turning your attentions away from whats bothering you about yourself such as symptoms and so on .Please share what you did..and how to achieve this.Please don't recommend books.I have many books but can't seem to find the concentration to read them.I thought maybe if I asked here maybe some of you would relate to what im saying and share what you did or you are doing to get your attention away from yourself.Please no smart remarks and no im not bipolar or manic or any of that just anxie

So I'm trying to gain as uch muscle as possible right now. Started to lift more weight with less reps. Now here is the question. Do I want to mix up the rutine or do I want to do the same thing everyday? For example last week I went to the gym 4 times and everyday I worked on my biceps. Should i have mixed it up ans taken a day off? Or should I have only worked them one day of the week?

Another question. In all the Muscle mags I have looked through they are promoting both weight loss pills to burn fat and weight gainer shakes to gain. Is this contradictory or do the pills burn fat and the shakes build muscle weight?
