HI, years ago I quit smoking and got real depressed.. I exercised all the time and pulled muscles left and right along w/the changes my body went through from quitting smoking I thought I was going to die all the time.. people laughed at me brushed it off as I was a hypochondriac (however it's spelled). Anyway, the exercise did help later on when I didn't push so hard as far as taking my mind off of these things that were bothering me. Just keep busy, clean, wash your car, go for a run (that always helps me take my mind off of stuff).. volunteer somewhere to see people who are less fortunate or just help an elderly neighbor..
Good luck and I hope this helps a little..

Trauma can do some serious damage and in ways that we may not imagine. You need to take some time and think about bringing back all the joy you can into your life. Then remind yourself that everything is okay and you're going to beat this. Changes in your lifestyle may be needed. Find a new hobby or sport. Make a list of things that you feel best while doing and do more of those things. Same goes with people. If someone really brings out the good in you, hang with them more and vice versa. And don't be afraid to look for a doctor specializing in this field. If you are put on medications, make sure you do your homework and know what you will be taking. Good luck

Hi,
I am actually going through the same thing you are. I cannot forget the first funeral I ever went to when I was 16, I am now 21. I think of that day almost everyday and I actually became really sick cause of it. I didnt eat or sleep for almost more than a month. I was very weak to the point where I thought I would just collapse and drop dead. Then I started taking vitamin b12 shots and it did give me back my appetite slowly. But after almost 5 years later that thought or rather image is still stuck in my head and I still think of it everyday. I actually became really scared of death and dying for a really long time until I came across a video called " Conversations with G-d" , it was about people who died and came back to life but had a short period in a place where they saw family and friends who had passed away. All of them talked about a similiar special place. This video helped me alot but still think about that day. I've tried almost everything but so far not that much help. Still looking to buy a book called "Battelfield of the mind" I saw people talking on tv about how this book helped control their minds thoughts. I just really hope I do get totally better one day but I do see good things that came out of it. I took life more seriously and realized how precious life is. If you want to talk more you can email me, I would like that. Not everybody understands what people like us go through. Hope you feel better too.

I find volunteering helps or by going to a day program at the local hospital a comfort for my anxiety and depression. Also working part time has helped me a lot, because your not focusing on yourself or your problems.
Join a club with other people who have the same thing in common as it can also help. As I've been involved with a psch. rehab. program that I've been a part of for the past 15yrs.

the main common organic products for techniques wellbeing are Ginkgo Biloba, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Fish Oil (Omega 3), Phosphatidylserine (abbreviated playstation ), DMAE, Huperzine A, Bacopa Monnieri (or Monniera), and Vinpocetine. there are lots of people who get fairly some earnings from any mix of those. i could propose including one after the different to your on a regular basis regiment as too lots too quickly could be difficult. And for what it extremely is properly worth, learn has shown that Fish Oil is amazingly effective for helping with a lot of people's upload and ADHD, plus it extremely is low-priced sufficient that it extremely is extremely helpful to attempt that first. solid success!
