Fiber can interfere with calcium absorption, so it is better to take the calcium + D separate from the rest.

Iron and calcium have also been shown to interfere with one another's absorption, so if you are taking a vitamin complex with Iron, it is always better to take calcium at least two hours apart from it.

It is okay to take the complete vitamin with the others,

Edit addition: I just noticed the other answerer's comment about vitamin D. There has been a great deal of going around about Vitamin D excess, but it refers to doses that are far above what one would get from a multi-vitamin and a calcium + D.

Compare the amounts on your bottles with the following info:

"Daily ingestion in excess of 2,000IU in children or 75,000IU in adults may produce toxic symptoms related to hypervitaminosis D. For example, most cases of vitamin D toxicity have been reported to occur after the ingestion of greater than 50,000IU daily for several years."

Hi! never take fiber with any vitamins since the fiber will flush the vitamins from your body. Most vitamins that are not made from whole food are worthless.Your body cannot use synthetic vitamins and they will be rejected. You need more information on nutrition.Visit www.dna911.info

I wouldnt take the D vitamin, it's stored in your liver and if you have too much then you can harm the liver and god knows we all need our LIVER!

Other than that, I think you're OK
