I'm around 78 pounds and I need smaller "chest" size and I don't wanna get surgery because i'm too young, so i need to lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks to decrease a size or two in the chest. Help! What should I do? Meal wize.

I'm 12 .. and growing height but i' think i'm like 4"11 . PLEASE DON"T SAY I"M TOOO SKINNY OR PERFECT! I just need to know a way. i won't entirely consider it particulary.

You weigh 78 pounds. That's waaaay too light and unhealthy as it is! Talk to a counselor about your body issues before they get any worse.

first off, 78 pounds is ridiculously skinny, second off, why do you need a smaller chest size?and third, if you lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks do you really think its gonna make that much of a difference. My advice, drink some milk, eat some meat and bread to your heart's content, and dont be so ******* superficial...

ok, stop panicing its great to have a big chest, i wish i had one, however if you do want to decrese your chest without surgery, losing weight all around might not be the anwser because its not good to be super skinny even if it means smaller boobs.
To decrease your breast size try to only target that area, do exercises that target chest, shoulders, and upper body. it should burn the fat tissue, if you want the appearance of a smaller chest they do make bras that "minimize", and tops that dont focus that area. Good luck and just be ok with your body, when your olders the guys will love ya.

the problem here is you have no guarantee where you'll drop the wt. you didn't mention your age or ht. those are factors to consider. 78lbs is very small by any standard....kgs a different story. i feel your pain on the big breast thing but i think you need to talk to someone (doctor, nutritionist) before dropping more wt. you could face fatal consequences if not done properly. if your chest is really that out of proportion with your body, there are other options other than starvation. good luck to you.,

78 pounds????? how tall are you? i am not sure if this will be healthy for you; it can make you sick. 73 pounds is very little.
best way to lose weight is eat during the day and nothing after 7pm. don't eat too much fat; check food labels. adding jogging; ten or fifteen minutes every other day or everday (even better) will help a lot, too.

well you can lose five lbs in two weeks easily.....however there is no guarentee that it will come from the chest and at 78lbs I am not so sure you want to lose anymore weight.....your pretty small no matter your age and height! There are other ways to appear to have a smaller chest size......that you might want to consider.

weight watchers. you can loose 3-5 lbs in one week. go to the weight watchers sight. you can have the sight tell you what to do. no working out involved. just a different eating style. and you won't be hungry or starving either.
