Jumping jacks are good cardio that you can do in your room. Sit ups. Get some free weights maybe 2-5lbs. You can do upper arm stuff with those as well as squats with weights. Get an exercise ball do sit ups on those, squats with it. Push ups. Lunges

Use a resistance band. Learn many differnet things to do with it. Building muscle burns fat faster. You can also use a ball. Jog in place or jumping jacks to get your heart rate up. A good exercize for the abs and back is the pelvic tilt.
