sleep is very important, number one.... it helps to keep your immune system healthy... number two... without enough sleep you can get grumpy and moody, and feel like you are not at your best, and make errors, what not....
no matter what, try to get atleast seven hours of sleep, and just relax, or even just closing your eyes chilling out is better than no sleep or lack of sleep
look on line for more info, but sleep is very neccessary
you get older and you realize that sleep is very neccessary, and you cannot function at all without it

You should try to get 7 or 8 hours of sleep every night. If you don't sleep, you'll have barely any energy for work or school or whatever obligations you have. If you feel grumpy when you wake up, imagine how grumpy you'll feel if you don't get any sleep!

Wait till you have a baby...and get VERY LITTLE sleep. You'll wish you COULD sleep. We ALL need sleep to recharge our bodies. Not enough sleep and your immune system lags and you pick up illnesses much easier, your concentration suffers. All sorts of things will be screwed up without enough sleep. Get up earlier if you don't like to sleep late. In bed by 9? Up at 5 a.m...study, read, work out.
