haha im the same im 120, wishing to lose about 15-30 pounds. its mostly my belly. i have been doing about 300 crunches each night which has been helping. stay away from bread, definitly, junk such as ice cream, things like that. alive foods are the best, because you want to lose weight the right way. fruit and veggies are a great breakfast, and for lunch i eat a health smoothie, with fat free yogurt, a piece of fruit(strarberrys,cantalope etc) and skim milk blended together. and for dinner i eat a regular meal, just make sure you eat reasonalble portions. drinking water is important, 5-9 bottles a day lets say. running for 20 minutes every night makes a different. and maybe even not eating after 730, but if you really do, fruits or veggies. i know it seems like alot, but it helps! it really isnt alot, its not really a diet its just a healthy life style, i really hope this helps..goodluck!

Get into good eating habits. Lay off fast food and junk food. Cut back on the amount that you eat and get some more exercise. Most paid diet plans simply make you aware of what you eat and what you shouldn't eat, and help you reduce portions. You don't have to clean off your plate at every meal. Start now to reduce the amount you eat. You can lose ten pounds in the month.

10 pounds in a month is cake

no carbs after 6 pm
30 min cardio in the morning and youll lose 15 at least

Look in to the South Beach diet. I have been on it for 2 weeks now and have lost over 13lbs. You can buy the book at Banes and Nobel, or do a search on the web. If you stick with it and exercise you will lose the 10lbs or more. Good luck

Not so bad, If you followed a diet can help you loose 2 lbs a week. very basic things to follow if you are serious :

Cut out fats/ sugar/ sodium and carbs from your diet.
Eat more protien, fruits and vegtables. Drink more water and teas.

Phyiscal activity at least 3 times a week. Start slow then gradually incline.

First, lose weight for yourself, not others. And make sure to see a doctor to find a healthy weight. Who knows? You may not really need to lose it, but a doctor can judge that. Just eat healthy and stay active. And have fun, and enjoy life!

drink lots of water and eat lots of fiber that will work like a laxitive and clean out your system dont make yourself bulimic anerexic or take laxative to much tho k hun and why do you need to impress your family lol nevermind i guess i cant talk im 13 my parents are divorced and whenever i see my dad brother and sister i try to look nice but it doesnt matter im my dads least favorite he never calls me and niether do my siblings and they never comment on how nice i look either
