i work out sooo hard like ima 30 pounda overweight, and most of it is in my abs down. i go to 24 hrs gym and work out so hard that my legs feel like there going to just collapse. but i don't see any improvement i need to really lose wieght in my thighs but id like to chang my calves and gluttious maximus too but there not that bad as my thighs i totally need help.

Watch what you eat and try to go to the gym three times a week because your body needs to rest. The days that you don't go to the gym try to jog around your block because, jogging helps your cardio and it also helps to tone your body (jog every other day not everyday).
