Right now I'm 13 and I'm wondering If I should do more or less of what exercises I'm doing to obtain maximum results.
Mon,Wed,Fri - I do 5 sets of 20 pushups, 7 sets of 35 crunches, and 4 sets of 20 dumbbell flyes
Tues,Thurs,Sat - I do 3 sets of 15 bicep curls, 3 sets of 15 tricep extensions, and 4 sets of 20 bench press dumbbells
Mon. & Fri - Walk for half hour for cardio exercise
Sun - Take the day off and don't do anything
Right now I'm just trying to work out my abs, chest, and biceps/triceps. If this is to much or to little to gain good results please tell me. And please tell me your opinions of what I'm doing. If I keep this up, will it destroy my muscles? or help them get stronger? How long does it usually take to see results?
If this is bad what would you recommend I do? Like on Mon - Sat do what?
