How Can I tell if my testicals are bleeding?

Registered Nurse here; First if you even think there is a possibility your testicles are bleeding you should immediately go to the nearest emergency room. For this could indicate a severe infection, rupture of a testicle, or trauma to a testicle, and could result in sterility. Signs of bleed include but not limited to the following, 1.) Discoloration of the scrotum sack, the sack that holds your testicles. 2) Swelling of your scrotum sack. 3) Pain, extreme, doesn't have to be painful but usually is. 4.) Bloody urine. If your experiencing any of the symptoms I shared with you, immediately go to your nearest emergency room PLEASE! Thanks for the opportunity to address this question.

Internally, you would have to go to a physician to know. If you mean externally, check them out with your hands. Check yourself for testicular cancer and you'll be able to tell by looking at your hands for blood. Good luck and if you are bleeding, besides it being from say a shaving cut, go to your physician.

Drop pants. Rub hands around both testicles. Look at hands. If you see blood, they are bleeding. If no blood, then they are not. (slaps forehead)

If you are talking about your testicles INTERNALLY bleeding, there will be blood in your urine/sperm. SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.

Er....because if you SEE blood then there MUST be blood. Wipe your balls and look at the tissue, see blood?
