and i also have such a horrible pain, its an alcer, so how can i reduce all of these? i have a house full of guests, and leaving my room is not a good idea. what can i do, i feel like sht right now,

Where is your pain? It would help to know exactly where on your abdomen you hurt.
If your pain is just generalized, and you don't have a history of ulcers or pancreatitis, tell your guests you think you have the flu. Get some flat coke or flat ginger-ale and sip on it. Go to bed for a few hours. You may have the intestinal flu that is going around.

might have the flu - a little bit of vinegar in a glass of water always helps me when I feel nausceous. That might not work if you have an ulcer, though.

tell the people the truth and go to the emeregency room or a local doctor you trust. do not self medicate as you may be only hurting yourself.

Do you not take meds for your ulcer ? Other wise you might have an inner ear infection .
