I like to use peroxide, sometimes add little baking soda. When you use peroxide becareful you don't have chapped lips or a sore in your mouth woooooowwww it burns (lol). Seriously peroxide does work it's what they use at the dentist but charge 500 dollars because they add other little stuff to explain why the price is so high.

I would hate to see you use some mixture of whatever you find here, from people you don't know, to use on your teeth thinking you were going to bleach them and save a few bucks. When the truth is you could be causing permanent damage to your teeth using these non tested methods of dental bleaching. In the long run it could cost you ten times more than having it done by your dentist. Please be careful, use the Rembrandt toothpaste or some other type that has a proven record and is known not to cause damage to your enamel. Baking soda is abrasive and used too often can harm the tissue and cause recession and sensitivity.

home remedies do not work. the best thing to do is to get the professional whitening from your dentist. it is amazing and it makes your teeth way whiter after just one use.
