I'm 18 and still afraid of the dark. I sleep with the lights on. I live by myself and sometimes I can start off in the dark but I always end up turning the lights on. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Does anyone know the exact symptoms of endometriosis??? I went to the doctor to get an ultrasound but I can't be seen until the 30th..... My symptoms are lower abdominal cramps and also in the kidney area and sometimes cramping in the small intestine...... I know I don't have an STD so that can't be an option, also I had my urine tested and still no answers..........Plzzz Help

Okay, I have read that women with large breasts do not have much nipple sensation. I have also dated men that have said the same thing. Since I have only experienced my own breasts I am wondering if this is true.
I have small breasts and my nipples are VERY sensitive.
It is GREAT!!

Ok, is it just me or is it like this for everyone?

I'll work out, go running and eat healthy and in about 3 days my stomach will tighten and I feel great and toned.

But about 3 days of not running for lacrosse and not finding time to go the gym, and when I eat junk food I feel like a fatty. All signs of abs will disappear, and I get this thin layer or fat over my stomach.

But then I can get rid of it! I go from out of shape, to in shape, to out of shape in 2-3 days! Is that normal? I thought it was a gradual process to get fat, and to lose it.

Can anyone tell me how I can fix my meal plan. I just signed up like 20mins ago for the ediets.com menu plan and they put me on a diabetic plan and I'm not a diabetic. I would contact ediets but they service help line is closed until 8am tomorrow. So, basicly I was just wondering if anyone actually knew how to change my diet plan without ediets assistance. Any advice on how to fix my diet plan will be helpful! Thanks.

As i showered today i noticed some Red Bumps that felt a lot like pimples! They hurt when i touched them! they dont itch or anything just sometimes hurt! Does anyone know what this might be and how i can remove it???The red bumps seem to be at the roots of some hairs! I plucked one and it started bleeding a little!

I woke up this morning with a sore throat. As the day went on, it hurts alot more than it did, it's all red and swollen, I have a headache and it feels like a pain in the ears, and my body is sore. Is this just strep or maybe the flu? I havent called a dr yet, because I dont have health insurance, so it would be really expensive...

My daughter is 22 months old and one shoulder looks smaller and lower than the other.
The doc mentioned measuring distance between ribs, and x-rays.
We're going to a bone specialist on the 1st of Feb, but I can't stop worrying. Does anyone know anything about this?

My husband deals with heartburn at least once a day if not more, and I do know that he needs to go see a doctor to get a prescription, I am wondering what can he do to get rid of some of it.... Any ideas??? Has anyone dealt with this and found something that will work.... My husband refuses to take time off of work, and if he gets snowed out, he'll call that morning, but the doctors office don't ever have any openings.... and I am sick of him taking so many tums... they do help the heartburn when it happens, but we honestly go through at least 5-6 big containers of the tums smooth dissolve every month...... and that is way too much.... Also one of his big issues is night heartburn..... He will wake in the middle of the night with severe heartburn, and he takes tums... then it goes away, and he eventually falls back asleep..
