Okay, I have read that women with large breasts do not have much nipple sensation. I have also dated men that have said the same thing. Since I have only experienced my own breasts I am wondering if this is true.
I have small breasts and my nipples are VERY sensitive.
It is GREAT!!

it all depends. with the smaller breasts, the nerves are packed closer together in the areola which creates the sensitivity. larger breasts, especially if fake, have a the nerves spread out which decreases sensitivity.

as the old saying goes, more then a handful is a waste.

These are not stupid questions! I breastfed my daughter for 13 months. I was borderline A/B cup before pregnancy and breastfeeding, and went up to a C cup while breastfeeding. I had no problems whatsoever. In fact, judging by my experience, I'm glad I wasn't a large-breasted woman prior to nursing. Due to my smaller than average size, it wasn't impossible for my daughter to fit my areola in her mouth and maintain a good latch. Don't sweat it. You'll be fine. In regard to positions and using the Boppy, there are ways and positions that you'll find work for you. I enjoyed breastfeeding in a rocking chair with my feet propped up. That way, my daughter was at a perfect level with my breast and didn't have trouble. I have also heard that the "My Brest Friend" pillow is much better than the Boppy since you can position the pillow more securely and not feel like you're straining your back. As a result, I'm trying that pillow with my second child. You raise an interesting point that it's rare to see photos or video of small-breasted women nursing. I noticed that too, and it really annoyed me. I used photos and videos a lot to help me when I breastfed my first child, and I couldn't understand why only large women were featured.

I would have to say that is a true statement. But I have been with women that had large breasts with sensitive nipples. But If I was generalizing, than yes that sounds close enough..

I consider myself to be busty, 36 D, and I have NO PROBLEMS with sensation in my nipples, they are extremly sensitive, and often I must buy bras with the padding that keeps from the "headlight" effect (one reason why I loooove the IPEX bra by VS) but yeah, I'm not sure about other busty women, but hey. Doesn't affect me so I'm good. lol.

I like to fondle with large breasts and find they are quite sensitive.
Breasts are intended for men to play softly and touching them slowly will make stimulation better.
