how do i control my appetite? i know there is a difference between hunger and appeitie. when im not hungry i still crave food escespially the junk food that i shouldnt eat..what should i do any tips?

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Eating half could do more harm than good but has dramatically fast results and needs alot of will power. Chewing sugar free gum in excess can actually cause Diarrhea or digestive problems because of the artificial sweeteners. My advice is to eat food that you're actually craving. That way you eat enough and are satisfied, HOWEVER you'll still need to exercise to help your body and water can help you feel less "empty" in your stomach but too much (more than 2 gallons) can make you sick. Remember to take everything in moderation

i know what you mean. i chew sugar-free gum that helps a lil and try drinking water or sugar-free juice to help fill you up. but yeah i am full and i know that there is somehting sweet and good in the house ....i want to eat it. you are not alone. and you might want to try and go to the doctor and tell them what you are having a hard time with. if you ahve any questions or comments lane_02_16@yahoo.com
