Can anyone tell me how I can fix my meal plan. I just signed up like 20mins ago for the ediets.com menu plan and they put me on a diabetic plan and I'm not a diabetic. I would contact ediets but they service help line is closed until 8am tomorrow. So, basicly I was just wondering if anyone actually knew how to change my diet plan without ediets assistance. Any advice on how to fix my diet plan will be helpful! Thanks.

6 meals per day is optimum. That way your metabolism is always going. Remember to eat your fibrous veggies, fruits, lean meats, and whole grains.

Try to eat the majority of your carbs earlier in the day.
