It might be bowel related. Right side is appendix. Lower back is kidneys.
If if burns when you urinate you could have a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection). If not, then you may have a hung bowel. Not life threatening, but worth a trip to the doctor if it gets worse.
Realize that I'm not a doctor and only offering a suggestion. You should always consult a professional first.

I really don't know dear as long as it is not near your heart I really can't give you any advice.
But if the pain moves to the chest area and just sits there like a tight fist you really need to see a doctor right away.
Or if you experience numbness on your left side like on your face or arm you really need to seek medical attention right away.
Other than that dear I really don't know what that could be but to be on the safe side if it get really bad go to the hospital.

You might be ovulating if it's a sharp pain that lasts a few minutes and goes away, and it's right between periods.
Or it could be any sort of gynelogical problem or bowel problem, especially if it doesn't go away and aches all the time. Obviously, go to the doctor if that happens.

When do you feel the pain, In the morning or after or before meals, or always?
For how long have you been having it?
Is it interrupted sometimes or it always hurts?
Is it superficial when touching it, or does it come from the inside?
And many other details we need to decide about your pain.
