I am 30lbs overweight, wake up needing to urinate, but I am usually in a sitting position when I awake. It is difficult to fall back to sleep afterward. I wake at about the same time each night, four or five times each night. I have never needed more than six hours sleep, ever since I was a child. I am in my mid 40's. Any ideas?

he has suffered from depression it seems all his life. WILL NOT seek treatment even though he recognizes his problem. After 15 yrs I just can't take his verbal abuse any more and want to leave. His outbursts scare me. I am 54 he is 60. I want some happy years included in the rest of of my life but can't get the courage up to take the first step to getting out. Please offer me some encouragement......

Help!. I haven't had but 2 or 3 hours sleep in the last 3 days. I feel like I'm on meth and I don;t know why. I have noticed a mild cold (sore throat, knotted stomach, slight runs) but nothing seroius. Is there some sort of cold or flu that causes restlessness? I am jittery all night long. I don;t drink caffeine before I go to bed and never usually have problems sleeping. Last night I took a dose of Nyquil and 3 tylenol PM's and still nothing.

I am watching a little girl who has to take medication. Her mom told me her dosage was changed to 1000 milligrams instead of 750 milligrams. The pills are 750 milligrams. How am I suppose to give a 1000 milligrams? I don't feel there is a safe way to give it with the dosage provided.
