I'm 20 yrs old, and i LOOK pretty slim, that is until i wear jeans and a tight top... thats when all the buldge spills out! I weigh 62kg and am 5'7". I just want some advice how to loose the love handles and ? I would like to get back to 55kg, but i find it really difficult. My mum says that I loose weight slowly because im slim already, but if anyone knows any good diets or exercies that work a bit faster and aim especially at love handles and tummy, please let me know.
