I had sex for the first time 5 days ago, and was indeed painful. I thought it only happens the first time, but it turned to be about the same even in the next intercourse. The penetration hurt, and we stopped. I got into panic that something might not be normal with me. Please share your experiences with me and tell me when should I expect a pleasurable intercourse :(

Sure, it's normal in some women. Your vagina hasn't healed from your hymen breaking yet. Give it time and it will be easier, but not until you heal.

Some women have painful intercourse all their lives. It's due either to the fact that you aren't producing enough lubrication, or that you are tensing up your vaginal muscles, when they need to be expanding to comfortably accomodate a penis.

The answer to both these questions, for most women, is to relax and get aroused. Try using a lube like Astroglide or KY Jelly (safe with condoms), and make sure you have LOTS of foreplay. A good route is to have him bring you to orgasm orally or with his hands BEFORE you try penetration.

After five days you still may be a little sore from first penetration. Give it a few days then try again.

hey, i have to say my first time was rather uneventful, no bleeding or discomfort, rather a disappointment, to be honest you don't sound very relaxed about the whole thing and still quite nervous, if your quite small and he is quite big say over 6 inches hun its gonna sting even for those of us who have been "at it" for a while, i would suggest you take some time the pair of getting your selves relaxed and in the mood, make sure you have foreplay so your lubricated, it goes in allot easier, just make sure you are having safe sex, if you have any concerns go talk to your doctor or nurse or a trusted older female friend, if after this its still painful, i would definitely see a doctor because it shouldn't be so painful you are panicking, but relax its perfectly normal for it to be sore, the more you worry the more over sensitive you will get, and remember sex is not a race, chill out relax and enjoy each other!

Try oral first, before intercourse, or a lubricant without petroleum. Petroleum will dissolve a condom. Take it Slow.
