What do YOU take for a headache,that really works fast?

I take water, relaxation, and quiet. I'm not a supporter of the idea that you should solve your problems by turning to your medicine cabinet. It's being observed that as people take medicine for their aches and pains they become resistant to it, so more is used to have the same desired effect. This leads to overdosage and renal failure. I'm not saying that you're one of the people who would take more medicine beyond what's on the back of the bottle, or that these things would happen to you. Just keep in mind that many headaches are due to something, and you should try to treat the cause not the symptoms.

First...take some extra strenght Tylenol,next.take a shower,all over,feel that water cooling your head,then lay down in a quiet and dark place without disturbance,don't make sudden moves,it will hurt more,then you will fall asleep.Take Care!

First of all aspirine works fine on me plus i wash my face with cold water every time that i feel dizzy or have a headache..trust me it works
