If you are not sure what an orgasm feels like then you haven't had one. An orgasm is an intense feeling of pleasure and to me it feels like when you are riding and you over a hill and you get that tickle in your tummy as you creast the hill. Well now imagine that same awesome sensation magnified a million times only starting in your clitoral area and spreading in waves all the way to your toes, your fingertips and up to your head etc. Others may describe the sensation a bit different but basically this is how it is for me.

excellent book take the time to get it.. you will learn alot about yourself and your partners...
as for how do you know... you just do.. its almost overwhelming.. and varies in intensity and effect... some women have an ejaculate... some feel tingly all over... or intense spasms in your lower abdomen and vagina.... a really good one and i cant talk or walk for like 20 minutes and see/feel white light... that is synesthesia
kinda rare though
you need to be comfortable with yourself, the situation and your partner.. .any distraction can ruin it.. i used to worry i would look silly.... get over it.. intence sexaully feelings do often look funny!
i'd work on trying to get comfortable with your self.. if the intensity of feeling make you uncomfortable you might shut down an oragsm before it starts.... so masturbating and learning yourself and geting yourself off will help you get off with your partner... good luck...
