ive just brought a work out video, called pump it up by ministry of sound, and i dont feel tired after it..is it going to work? how often should i do it? has anyone else had experience with these type of videos? any info welcome :)

As long as it is getting your heart rate up you are getting a cardio work out. I have never heard of this video and not sure what your target areas are. I use core rhythms and love it.
